Purposefully leading and directing conversations

Purposeful communication plays an important part in day-to-day business. It is not always easy to find the right words and tone in certain situations and contexts. In our seminars on leading conversations, you will develop communication skills that will help you in your everyday professional life – thus arming you for any situation.

Accurate gauging of the situation, implementing an appropriate reaction and using the right communication style require a strong sensitivity for the different approaches of your conversation partner. With a strong focus on different conversational situations, this training course is for anyone who wants to appear assured and confident and who wants to lead purposeful conversations.

Training content:

Our communication seminars will teach you all the skills you need as you develop an understanding of different conversational situations. You will learn how to communicate effectively and purposefully, and acquire techniques to manage and direct conversations. The "technical" part of communication is also covered in full: questioning, active listening, using pauses, interrupting, giving feedback, expressing criticism and dealing effectively with conflict – our qualified trainers will ensure you are conversant with these and other points of communication.
