How to deal with stress has been occupying managers, entrepreneurs and scientists for many years. At the same time, the idea of "mindfulness" as a way to combat stress has increasingly been gaining currency. "Mindfulness" can be interpreted in many different ways, including attention, awareness, cautiousness and care. Our society is increasingly aiming to achieve a mindful culture with a view to improving our quality of life. Mindfulness has been proven to have a significant influence on behaviour regulation and psychological well-being. In this workshop, you will learn how to deal with day-to-day stress by using mindful thoughts and actions. 

The training is intended for specialist and executive personnel looking to find greater calm and relaxation among the stress of everyday life through mindful self-reflection.
