The English for Negotiations training course is suitable for anyone who leads negotiations in English in their day-to-day working life, and who thus wants to improve their language skills in this field. Seminar participants also learn how to appear confident in negotiation situations, and pick up tips to help them achieve their goals.

  • Making suggestions and correctly dealing with counter-suggestions
  • Formulating arguments and counter-arguments
  • Standard wording and idiomatic expressions for negotiations

One the one hand, participants learn how to conduct themselves correctly in negotiation situations, and on the other hand they learn the language skills they need. One of the topics discussed is the correct planning and preparation for a negotiation. Here, the participant learns how to collate all the points that are on a daily business report and create an agenda from them.

English for works councils

In this course, you will learn how to use the English terminology and expressions common to works councils. Real-life examples will give you the confidence you need to communicate with colleagues and customers in the areas of planning, negotiations and meeting situations. You will also learn the skills you need to meet the demands of written communication.
