Moving & moving out service

When you move abroad, there are certain formalities to deal with. We handle organisation of the transport using professional removals companies, and register you with utilities companies, service providers and insurance companies. We can arrange for all your documents to be translated if necessary. Here is an overview of the services we can provide:

  • Bilingual inventory when you move in, together with photographic documentation
  • Registration with local utilities and service providers
  • Proper written termination of the lease agreements
  • Organisation and assessment of removals proposals
  • Return of rental property together with any necessary renovations and final cleaning
  • Notice to utilities providers, service providers, insurance companies, memberships, and closing of bank accounts

Immigration formalities

We handle the laborious immigration formalities and tedious processes with the authorities when you leave your own country and move to another one, provided the expats don't need to be present. If the expat does need to be there, we provide organisational, technical, logistical, personal and linguistic support via our professional employees.

  • Organisation of visa & travel visa, residence and work permit and registration with the police
  • Support when importing, registering and getting an MOT for your car as well as obtaining or transferring your driver's licence
  • Organisation of fiscal registration and application for child support benefit

Comprehensive support

We are here to help our customers. Even after the move has taken place, we provide a 24-hour emergency hotline so you can reach us at any time. We also monitor the validity of approvals. permits and other documents, renewing these for you as necessary.
