At the HRM Expo in Cologne the language training provider presents new seminar offers for the international development of personnel. With a newly developed seminar format for communication and competence training, the company is reacting to an increasing demand for additional foreign language competence in addition to classic language training. KERN AG IKL Business Language Training, with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, is taking part in the biggest trade fair for personnel management in Europe for the first time.
Frankfurt am Main/Cologne. As a key qualification in the globalised world of work, the knowledge of foreign languages must be suitable for businesses. Alongside classic language training, foreign language communication training is becoming more and more important for businesses. Accordingly, the demand from active businesses for competence training in a foreign language has strongly increased in the past years: "We have recorded 20 percent more orders for competence training from all areas of industry and economy”, says Michael Kern, Managing Director of KERN AG IKL Business Language Training. “The concrete requirement analysis for language or competence training, practice orientated offers and a meaningful performance analysis are therefore the emphases of our training organisation”, states the Managing Director. The training contents for all the important areas in business and management, such as communication, leadership or sales will be adapted to the requirements and interests of the participant.
Alongside newly developed offers for competence training, the business also presents further solutions for international personnel management. Under these solutions are new country specific offers for intercultural training, for example for China, Brazil, Japan or Russia as well as the improved foreign language test for businesses “lingoscore”.
