Combinable training forms:

•   Face-to-face training

An internal Henkel group course is right for you if:

• You would like to learn alongside Henkel colleagues
• You want to save on travelling time – you can learn at your Henkel site (only for face-to-face training)
• You’re able to wait a bit longer until there are enough colleagues with the same language-learning goals to make a course
• You’d like to have flexibility in the group in terms of timing – the lesson times can be adjusted to your schedule

In the internal group courses, you’ll learn together with your colleagues – either at your site or in the virtual classroom.

The training is practice-oriented and encourages communication in the relevant foreign language.

Lessons can be specifically tailored to your needs. At one of our renowned weekly courses, you can continually expand on and consolidate your language skills. We can't spare you from coming to lessons and doing the supporting homework – but the joy of learning, the fun of the classroom and the constant progress will facilitate your learning of the foreign language.

An open group course is right for you if:

• You'd like to learn with people outside of the Henkel sphere
• You'd like to learn off company premises, at one of our training centres
• You don't want to have to wait until there are enough colleagues with the same language-learning goals to make a course
• There is flexibility in your work schedule, so you can commit to lessons at set times

At open group lessons, you’ll train with other participants from various sectors at our premises, in one of our training centres.

The course may be general or business-related. You can learn practical communication and will be able to directly apply your knowledge to everyday and business situations.

At our renowned weekly courses, with lessons are held e.g. once or twice a week, you can continually expand on and consolidate your language skills. Form of training (blended learning format):

•   Self-study platform and
• Individual training (  virtual or   face-to-face)

Individual lessons are right for you if:

• You have very specific language-learning requirements
• It is hard for you to schedule lessons far in advance – the lesson schedule will depend on you
• You need to see a clear improvement in you language abilities within a very short period of time

An individual course involves goal-oriented language training, leading to personalised and rapid progress in the chosen foreign language In the foreground is the personal interaction between the participant and the trainer. You will decide on the thematic priorities and specialist areas in which you wish to acquire language skills. Individual role-plays, case studies, vocabulary and grammar exercises complement the training programme.

During a one-to-one discussion, we will carefully analyse your needs with the aid of a special questionnaire, and construct a learning programme which is individually tailored to you: You set the schedule, the pace of learning and the learning content.

Lessons take place at our language centres, at your office, at your home or in a virtual classroom.
