Learn German with KERN language courses
In these times of globalisation, employees are increasingly relocated abroad, or at least work for a certain period of time in foreign branches outside of their own country. Within the first few months of arriving, new migrants often seek professional support, for example to learn German, obtain a recognised language certificate, or to prepare for an interview.
German as a foreign language (DaF)
KERN Training supports companies in regards to their employees gaining language qualifications and helps new migrants as well as the HR departments of international companies with any queries about German courses. As a further education provider, we are a state-recognised training provider in accordance with AZAV and ISO by TÜV Hessen, which means that many of our language courses can be financed by public funding. The KERN Training branches offer German courses at various levels.
Forms of training: Learn German with in-house training or at one of our locations
Whether in-house or at one of our local branches – we offer you a range of training methods. With in-house training, our trainers come directly to your offices and precisely tailor the course content to fit your company. In our branches, you can either learn German in a small group or individually.

Are you out and about a lot? The KERN Virtual™ course is perfect for those with little time and who want to remain flexible. The online language course allows you to learn German at your own convenience either from home or at your office. You save time and take part in your live language course via real-time video communication.
German training for university or the citizenship test
Do you need German training for university or the citizenship test, and are you required to have a certificate that proves your German skills? Our language courses can prepare you for the internationally recognised telc certificate. You can sit the telc examination at our branches in Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Berlin, Cologne and Hanover.
You can book the preparation as an individual or group training. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, we have the right German course for you. An assessment test allocates students to the right level in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
